Agent Minder^™ founding member terms

This is an earlier version, kept for the founding members it applies to. It applies to founding members who confirmed their place after version 3 was published on 23 October 2026 and before version 4 was published. The current version is version 4 of the founding member terms. Since version 4, Plus and the Agent Minder plan are one plan, Agent Minder, with every feature. Where this version says Plus, that one plan is free instead, for the same time and on the same conditions. Plus had no monthly limit on rules in plain words, so the limit of 50 new rules a month does not apply to you during your free time. Nothing is taken away. Version 4 also says how the app helps you pass on your invitation link. Nothing is taken away, and nothing changes for you unless you choose to use it.

Version 3 of 23 October 2026. Version 3 changes one thing, for people who confirm their place after it was published: there is no free plan, so section 4 says what happens if you do not choose a plan when your free time ends. If you confirmed your place before version 3 was published on 23 October 2026, version 2 of these terms still applies to you (read version 2), and if you cancel during your free time you keep the Agent Minder plan free afterwards, in place of the free plan version 2 promised. The founding offer itself (3 free months of Plus, a year in all with three people) is the same in both. (Version 1 covered UK accounts only; version 2 added US accounts and took nothing away.)

Plans at launch, and the founding offer in short

At launch there are two paid plans, Agent Minder and Plus. Every plan starts with a free trial of Plus; when it ends, keep Plus, choose Agent Minder or cancel. If you do nothing, the Plus plan you chose when the trial started (monthly or yearly) continues at its price. Each plan is monthly, or yearly for less. Prices are not set yet.

Agent Minder works with each connected assistant as a whole: pausing Claude in Agent Minder asks all of Claude to stop, not one task within it. Before you start a trial, the app shows how long it lasts, the price after it, and whether it turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel. In every plan: asking an agent to stop, “ask me before it spends”, alerts, “If I don’t answer”, someone you trust, and your record and receipts. None of these is kept for Plus only.

Without a plan, Agent Minder stops watching: your agents are no longer asked to check with you first, you get no alerts and no one you trust is told, and the app says so plainly. You can still ask your agents to stop, get a copy of your data and delete your account, free.

Plans are still being finalised, so this may change before launch. Before you subscribe, the app shows what each plan includes. Founding members who confirmed before version 3 of the founding member terms was published on 23 October 2026: see the note at the top of this page.

The founding offer’s main conditions: Founding members confirm their email before Agent Minder's public launch; we announce the date on agentminder.co.uk at least 14 days before. For people aged 18 or over (or older if the law where you live requires it), one per person; the offer applies to accounts opened in the UK or the United States. To claim, open your account with the same email address within 30 days of launch and subscribe to Plus in the app through Apple or Google, who hold your payment method. Nothing is charged during your free months. Before you subscribe, the app shows the price of Plus after your free time (not yet set; the app shows it before you subscribe) and the date of the first charge; it then renews automatically unless you cancel, at any time, in your Apple or Google subscriptions. We remind you before any charge.

US accounts open once our US terms are published; your founding place waits until then. All three people must count before your 3 free months end; if they count later, nothing changes and nothing is refunded under this offer. Each person you count must join with your link; it is for you to decide whether to tell anyone, and how. Your app simply says “Founding member”.

This section describes the plans as they are planned today. It is not part of the founding member terms: what Plus includes during your free time is set by section 2 (Plus as it stands on each day of your free time). The numbered sections below are the full terms.

Who runs this offer

Agent Minder, a trading name of Toby Graham, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom (we have no US office). Contact: hello@agentminder.co.uk. Postal address: 11 Hippodrome Mews, London W11 4NN.

1. Who is a founding member

You are a founding member if you join the Agent Minder waiting list and confirm your email address before Agent Minder's public launch. You must be 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher (for example 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi). There is one founding membership per person. Your app shows the words "Founding member".

The founding offer closes at Agent Minder's public launch. We announce the launch date on agentminder.co.uk at least 14 days before.

If you take part in Agent Minder's first test (Phase 1), you keep using it free while you test, as now; this offer is separate. Taking part in paid research about Agent Minder (for example through Prolific) does not by itself make you a founding member.

2. Plus, free for your first 3 months

Founding members get Plus free for 3 months. To claim it, open your Agent Minder account with the same email address within 30 days of the public launch date, then subscribe to Plus in the app with the founding offer:

• on iPhone, through Apple's in-app subscription, paid with your Apple Account (which can use Apple Pay);
• on Android, through Google Play billing.

Plus is sold only through Apple's and Google's app stores; there is no other way to subscribe. Apple or Google hold your payment details; Agent Minder never sees or keeps them.

Before you subscribe, the app shows you, next to the button: what each plan includes, the price of Plus after your free time (not yet set; the app shows it before you subscribe, and we will put it on this page as soon as it is set), how often it is charged, the date of your first charge, that it renews automatically until you cancel, and how to cancel. You subscribe only when you confirm in Apple's or Google's own purchase screen.

Nothing is charged during your 3 free months. (Google may place a small temporary hold on your payment method to check it; Google reverses it.)

Your 3 months start on the day you subscribe. If paid plans start after the public launch, your founding status waits in your account, and the app offers you the founding subscription on the day paid plans start; we tell you that date at least 30 days before. If you asked us to email you when Agent Minder is ready, we email you on launch day and send one reminder before the 30 days end.

Plus is the plan as it stands on each day of your free time. We take something away from Plus only for a good reason: a change in the law, a security problem, or a change by an AI assistant or service that Plus depends on. We tell you at least 30 days before, unless the reason makes that impossible.

The founding offer applies to accounts opened in the UK or the United States. Agent Minder opens US accounts only once its US terms (a US section of the privacy notice and the US tester agreement) are published; your founding place waits until then. Prices are in your app store's currency: pounds sterling in the UK, US dollars in the US.

3. Three people inside your 3 months, and Plus is free for a year

You get a personal invitation link. It is for you to decide whether to tell anyone about Agent Minder, and how. We do not write messages for you to send, and we never contact anyone on your behalf.

A person counts when they have joined Agent Minder with your link and then kept at least one agent connected to Agent Minder for 14 days in a row. All 14 days must fall inside your 3 free months, and all three people must count before your 3 free months end. Each person counts once, for one member only. The app shows how many have counted (for example, “2 of 3 joined”).

When the third person counts, your free Plus runs to 12 months in all, counted from the day your 3 months started. The app tells you the new date (“Your free Plus now runs to [date]”):

• on iPhone, the free months after your first 3 come as free Apple offers you accept in Apple's own screen before the date the app shows: each is one tap, and we remind you. If you do not accept an offer before the date the app shows, your subscription moves to the paid price on that date, as the app told you before you subscribed; we remind you before any charge. However Apple arranges the offers, your free Plus runs to at least 12 months in all; if Apple's offers cannot be joined one after another, you get one free Apple offer of a year instead, so it runs to 15 months.
• on Android, Google moves your next payment date and tells you; there is nothing to accept.

If the third person counts after your 3 free months end, your free time is not extended, and nothing you have paid is refunded under this offer. This does not affect your legal rights, including any right the law gives you to cancel and get money back.

We can refuse to count someone if we reasonably believe they are not a real, separate person (for example, one person using several email addresses). If we do, we tell you why. You can ask us to look again by writing to hello@agentminder.co.uk, and a person, not only our software, decides.

We never tell you who joined with your link, only how many have counted. If you gave your link to very few people, you may be able to work it out.

4. When your free time ends

Your subscription then renews automatically at the price of Plus (shown in the app before you subscribe), charged by Apple or Google on the date the app shows, unless you cancel before that date.

• A reminder before any charge. At least 7 and no more than 14 days before your free time ends, we email you (and tell you in the app) the price, the date of the first charge and how to cancel.
• Cancel at any time, easily. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. The app links straight there, and no questions are asked first.
• Cancel during your free time, and nothing is ever charged: you keep Plus until your free time ends. After that, unless you choose a plan, Agent Minder stops watching your agents: they are no longer asked to check with you first and you get no alerts, and the app says so plainly. There is no free plan. You can still ask your agents to stop, get a copy of your data and delete your account, free. If you confirmed your place before version 3 was published, see the note at the top: you keep the Agent Minder plan free instead.
• Cancel later, and you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's rules and your legal rights: in the UK, including any right to cancel within 14 days of your free time turning into a paid subscription; in the US, including any right your state's law gives you. If you have a right to a refund that the store does not pay, write to hello@agentminder.co.uk.

5. If something changes

• If we replace Plus with a different plan during your free time, the nearest plan is free instead, for the same time.
• If Agent Minder closes, we tell you at least 30 days first.
• The founding offer closes to new people at the public launch. It never ends early for anyone who already qualified.
• We can change these terms only to make them clearer or better for you, or if the law requires it. We tell you first, and the change never shortens free time you already have.
• If your account is closed under Agent Minder's main terms, for example for misuse, the free Plus ends with it.
• If you leave the waiting list before launch, we keep your founding place as a code made from your address (not the address itself), unless you ask us to remove it too.
• If Agent Minder has not launched within 24 months of the day you confirmed, your founding place ends and we delete it.

6. The small print

• The offer has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold.
• These terms sit alongside Agent Minder's main terms. If they differ, these terms win for the founding offer.
• Your personal data is handled as our privacy notice explains, including the short "Founding members" section.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear disputes. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer law of the place where you live, and you may also bring a claim in the courts there (for example in Scotland, Northern Ireland or your US state). There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver.
• Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
