Agent Minder is a phone app, being built, that lets you set rules for the AI agents that act for you, such as Claude and ChatGPT. Your AI agents are asked to check with it before spending, sending, booking or signing you up. It answers from your rules or asks you, and keeps a signed record.

For adults who use AI agents, or plan to, and want one place to set rules, approve what matters and pause. You do not need to be technical.

Agent Minder is made by Toby Graham, a sole trader trading as Agent Minder. It is based in London, UK.

No. Agent Minder is not a bank, a payment service or a shop. It never holds or moves money.

Agent Minder is not available yet. Testing by invitation is planned from Monday 1 February 2027, and the launch is planned for 2027 in the UK and the US.

The app designs use a dark look called Night watch: a deep navy screen, white type and green only for "all good" and Yes. Home shows one headline, a chart of your week, a check-up and four round buttons. A Light option is planned for people who prefer it.

A chatbot answers your questions. An AI agent can also act for you: book, buy, send messages and sign you up. ChatGPT and Claude can do both.

Many companies do. These include Anthropic (Claude and Claude Code), OpenAI (ChatGPT), xAI (Grok), Perplexity, Google (Gemini), Meta (Meta AI) and Microsoft (Copilot).

Yes. An AI agent can misread a request or a web page, and a web page can hide instructions meant to trick the AI agent. Agent Minder asks your AI agents to check with you before actions your rules cover, so you can say no first.

It depends on what went wrong. Agent Minder never makes purchases, holds money or pays shops; your AI agent and the shop do. Start with the shop's returns and refund rules and your card provider's dispute process. Your signed receipt shows what your AI agent asked, what you answered and when.

Yes. Your AI agents are always asked never to share your passwords, codes, health or money details, and this cannot be switched off. Sharing your address, card or documents also asks you first under Careful.

Some AI agents have built-in checks, but each AI agent works separately and has separate settings. Agent Minder gives all your AI agents one set of your rules, one pause button and one signed record.

You can, and those checks stay on. Agent Minder adds one place for every AI agent you use: the same rules for each, a pause for all at once, and signed receipts. It is not owned by any AI company.

The app is designed for Claude and ChatGPT, and for Claude Code on a computer. Claude Code, Grok and Perplexity are shown in the app once Agent Minder's own test of each passes. Gemini is planned for US accounts only, and Meta AI for US accounts only if Meta approves.

Google lets outside tools connect to Gemini only in the US for now. Google's own help says you must be 18 or over and in the US, with a personal account, in English.

Meta AI is planned for US accounts only if Meta approves Agent Minder. Microsoft Copilot is not listed, because consumer Copilot has no way for outside tools to connect.

Yes, as many as you use of the ones Agent Minder works with. Each app counts as one, so Claude and ChatGPT are two.

It depends on the AI agent. Claude is added on claude.ai or the desktop app, and then works on your phone too. ChatGPT, once listed, can be added on any device. Claude Code is set up on your computer.

The detailed steps live on agentminder.co.uk help pages, checked against each provider's own help pages every week. If a step did not match, write to hello@agentminder.co.uk with the step and your device, and the page is fixed the same day if possible.

In the app, open the AI agent from Home, then "Settings" and "Remove Claude" (or that AI agent's name). Agent Minder stops listening to that AI agent. Then remove the Agent Minder connector and the Agent Minder rule in that AI agent too.

Everyone starts on Careful: your AI agents are asked to check before spending, sending or contacting anyone new. If you do not answer, the answer is no after four hours. Quiet hours start off, and no one you trust is named.

Yes. In Your rules, tap "Add your own rule" and type it the way you would say it, for example "never book anything after 10pm". Agent Minder shows how it understood the rule before it is saved.

Up to 50 new rules a month in plain words. Your switches and amounts are not counted.

Yes. Most settings offer "For all AI agents" or just one, such as "Just Claude". Each AI agent's page also has rules for that AI agent alone.

A list of people and places your AI agents are asked never to deal with: no emails or messages, no purchases, no bookings and no sharing of your details. If an AI agent checks with Agent Minder before doing one of these, the answer is no and you see it on Home.

Yes. Set quiet hours, for example 22:00 to 07:00. During quiet hours, questions and heads-ups wait until morning, your AI agents are told to wait, and the four-hour clock starts in the morning.

Yes, at most twice. If you have not changed your starting settings, a reminder comes on day three and, if needed, day 10, at your round-up time. It never comes in quiet hours or by email, and you can switch it off.

One person you choose who can see a little and pause your AI agents if you cannot. That person can never say yes for you, change your rules or switch a pause off, and is told once if an important question waits too long.

You can say no from the notification once your phone is unlocked. To say yes, open the app.

So that someone glancing at your phone learns no details. A notification never names an AI agent, an amount, a shop or a link. The details are only inside the app.

A yes covers that one action, once, within the hour, or 15 minutes for a coding tool. Once the yes is used or the time runs out, your AI agent has to check with Agent Minder again.

Not in the app today. A yes covers one action, once, and ends by itself after an hour (15 minutes for a coding tool). Once your AI agent has acted, Agent Minder cannot undo it, so check the order or booking as you normally would.

Yes. If your phone cannot be reached, or notifications are off, a question waits in the app and by email. The email says only that a question is waiting, with a receipt code, and never has a link.

A pretend question at the end of set-up, so you can see what a real one looks like. It is marked "Practice" and no purchase is made. Yes or No both finish it.

In Neon's database in London, encrypted with a key used only for your information. The master keys are in Google's key service in London, and backups are with Railway (the Netherlands) and Cloudflare (EU).

No everyday account can read your details, including the founder's day-to-day account and the AI agents that help run the business. A separate emergency account can, only for a disaster restore or a security investigation, and every use is logged and reported.

No. Agent Minder sees only what your AI agent sends when checking with Agent Minder, such as an amount and a shop's website name. It never holds the contents of emails, messages or web pages your AI agents handled.

No. Agent Minder never holds your phone number, your contacts list or your location, and never sends text messages.

No. Agent Minder does not sell your information or give it to shops, banks or other AI agents, and never contacts a shop or another AI agent about you. You can share a receipt yourself if you choose.

Testing ends on 19 March 2027. Your data is deleted 30 days after that, unless you choose to carry on. Agent Minder asks you before then, and tells you by email at least 14 days before if the date changes.

The expected price is £4.99 a month or £44.99 a year in the UK (including VAT), and $4.99 a month or $44.99 a year in the US (plus any sales tax). The final price is confirmed before launch.

Yes. The plan starts with the App Store's or Google Play's own free trial. Its length is not set yet; before your trial starts, the app always shows how long it lasts and the price after it.

In your Apple or Google subscriptions, at any time. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions.

Yes. Agent Minder reminds you before your free trial ends, and 30 days before a yearly plan renews. On iPhone, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid a charge. Founding members are reminded before any charge.

No. There is one plan, with every feature. The only stated limit is up to 50 new rules in plain words a month.

Not at launch. There is one plan, for one person, with every feature.

Yes. The test is free for invited adults while it runs.

No. There is no limit on AI agents and no extra charge for each one.

Yes. Agent Minder records what your AI agents report, and an AI agent can report wrongly. Each record says how Agent Minder knows it, for example "passed through Agent Minder" or "the agent told us".

Home shows it, for example "Claude didn't check with us first three times this week: three bookings. It told us afterwards." One tap turns on "Ask me first" for that kind of action, for that AI agent only.

No. Agent Minder answers your AI agents using the rules you chose. These answers carry out your own rules for your own AI agents, and are not decisions about you with a legal or similarly significant effect.

Agent Minder says no for you only when your rules say so, or when a question gets no answer in time; it never says yes because you did not answer. If you think it answered against your rules, write to hello@agentminder.co.uk: your record shows each answer and why. You can change your rules and your waiting time at any time.

Every change to Agent Minder has a separate reviewer, plus security checks. An outside test is planned before the public launch.

You do not have to take it on trust. Agent Minder never asks for your passwords, never holds money, encrypts your details and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. You can download or delete all your data at any time, free.

In that chat, tap the + button, then "Connectors", and check Agent Minder is switched on. Then send the message again. Also check that notifications for Agent Minder are on.

Check agentminder.co.uk/status. Then open that AI agent's page in the app: if that AI agent's connection was lost, tap "Reconnect". Your Agent Minder rule asks your AI agent to ask you first whenever Agent Minder can't be reached.

Your sign-in usually moves with you through iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager, so try "Sign in with Face ID" first. If you lost every device, choose "Email me a one-time code" and type the code into the app.

In the app, go to "You › Notifications and reports › What we tell you about" and tap "Open phone settings" to check notifications are on. Also check your quiet hours. Until notifications are on, questions come by email.

Open that AI agent's page. The check-up offers "Check its connection" and "Remind Claude" (or that AI agent's name), which opens a chat with the Agent Minder rule typed in.

If you just added that AI agent, confirm it is yours. If you did not, tap "No, that wasn't me" and the connection is cut off at once. Until you answer, the AI agent is told to wait.

Email hello@agentminder.co.uk. An AI drafts replies from what you write, and a person checks each reply before it is sent; neither can see your account.

Yes. Agent Minder is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, registration number ZC268568.

Toby Graham trades as both Agent Minder and GAIP. Signed receipts are checked against GAIP's public record, which holds no names, amounts or shops.
